Refund Policy

Refund Policy for All ID Camps and the 2-Day Bama GK Academy and Bama Goal Scoring Academy:
Requests for refunds must be submitted to jroh@ia.ua.edu by the Monday prior to the beginning of check-in for camp by 8pm CST. If the request is submitted in time, then the remaining balance minus the refund fee will be refunded immediately.  Once 8pm CST passes on the Monday prior, then there are NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFERS and NO CREDITS. The camp refund will equal the remaining balance less $125.

Those requesting a refund/credit will receive an email response giving you the options available at that time. If you do not reply by Thursday at 12 Noon CST prior to camp, then you will just be issued the refund.

Refund Policy for Day Camps:
Requests for refunds must be submitted by the Friday prior to the beginning of check-in for camp by 12 Noon CST. If the request is submitted in time, then the remaining balance minus the refund fee will be refunded immediately.  Once Friday at 12 Noon CST passes, there are NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFERS and NO CREDIT FOR FUTURE CAMPS.

• The Half Day Camp refund will equal the remaining balance less $75.
• The Full Day Camp refund will equal the remaining balance less $125.

4-Day HS Elite ID/Junior Elite/GK Academy Refund Policy:
Requests for refunds must be submitted by Thursday, July 6 by 12 Noon CST. If the request is submitted in time, then the remaining balance minus the refund fee will be refunded immediately.  Once Thursday at 12 Noon CST passes, there are NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFERS and NO CREDIT FOR FUTURE CAMPS.

The refund for the HS Elite ID Camp, the Junior Elite Camp, and the Bama Goalkeeping Academy will equal the remaining balance less $225.

We do not allow transfers to another individual for any registration of any type of camp.
